2. Columns: The thickness of the columns of the container house is not less than 1mm. This column cannot be made by yourself, and it needs to be pressed by equipment. There are ready-made ones on the market. Channel steel and columns are the skeleton of the entire container house and play a supporting role. It plays a decisive role in the firmness of the house.
The bottom of the container house is connected with square tubes, which further increases the firmness of the main structure of the container house.
3. Corrugated board: Corrugated board is pressed with thin steel plates and needs to be purchased. The thickness of corrugated board on the market is 0.6mm. There are two materials: black iron and galvanized sheet.
4. Floor: This is laid on the secondary beam at the bottom of the container house, and people can step directly on it in the future.
5. Rock wool insulation layer: The rock wool insulation layer is added in the middle of the wall, which can reduce heat exchange and improve thermal insulation performance. It must be fireproof. You can also use rock wool color steel plate with two sides of iron sheet.
6. Doors and windows: Doors and windows generally use plastic steel doors and windows. If you have money, you can also install broken bridge aluminum doors and windows.
